Councillor Mumby is out in force...is there an election coming up.We have to say that he has supported some of the worst designed schemes in the history of Liverpool. The city council have two rules accept the plans.....and pass, and instead of fighting against bad architecture Councillors become part of that rubber stamping process. It takes educated debate to regenerate a city. Liverpool's City area has lost its style and its essence of what Liverpool was. It may never recover.
