MILTON KEYNES-ON-SEA

LIVERPOOL'S EMERGING SKYLINE.

The two pictures are from the same spot and you may just be able to see the top of the Symbol of the city, the Liver bird atop the Liver Buildings.
Why would you want to do this with your world heritage site?
These are not the worst views.
They, the city council and its incompetent planners have managed to undo the Overall Universal Values of the World Heritage site within 5 years of its inscription it is incredible to think that they are able to get away with this

WHY DO THIS, WHAT IS THE POINT IN BUILDING EMPTY FLATS IN THE WHS.

The first thing you would see from one of the new to Liverpool Cruise liners that don't seem to be arriving yet is.....Milton Keynes-on-Sea...Yes it is that bad.

They promised us Shanghai only it is us the population of the city who have been Shanghai-ed.

Where are you Unesco? Are you watching?

  1. The article is flawed, as many of the flats are occupied. As with any new development not all flats or houses sell straight away. This is the business centre of the city and is high density, there the appropriate buildings should be built. The Liver Building was of course built as an office building and didnt care much for its surrounding either. The majority of Liverpool people love our new skyline as it represents the positive change for Liverpool. High density leads to a more sustainable city where people work, shop and live all in one place. Finally Milton Keynes is a low desnity city and doesnt have any buildings over 10 floors, so the article is factually wrong
