Are there people in high places that think they are above the law.

Uncultured people who don't care about Liverpools image or the loss of World Heritage Site status.

That dont care about keeping Nursing homes running or services financed and libraries open.

All they care about is grabbing what they can when the door is open.

You would have to summise that one person can't be reponsible for the level of corruption that has gone on in Liverpool.

Could it be David Cameron, rumoured , as Prime Minister to be on the same plane as John Whittaker the owner and founder of the unsrupulous and hated, Peel Holdings, on a journey to The Shanghai Expo in 2010.

LouiseEllman who has known John Whittaker since her infamous days at Lancashire Council said the best thing she ever did and her swansong to retiring as Liverpool Riverside MP was to help plans for Everton F.C's new stadium in Bramley Moore Dock. In her constituancy.

It may be that a FOI request should be made to clarify who Snell is paid by.

He even pulls out the old BBC lie about Controversy when they built the Liver Buildings.

 Its a straight forward idea. Lets get rid of World Heritage Site Status for Peel Holdings.

You build a stadium in the World Heritage Site that, if built, UNESCO say, would be against the spirit of World Heritage. World Heritage is a principle to be upheld for future generations. 

If you destroy a World Heritage sites Overall Universal value this would lose the world heritage site status.

 Yet the Liverpool City Region Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram supports its removal. 

Whilst crying crocodile tears! 

What have we been telling you for over a decade. 

Now he plays the victim.

Labour are a rancid organisation in Liverpool and Mr Rotheram is of course the highest Labour official in the land. Resigning his Westminister seat to take up the prestigious post. 

Yet despite representing the people of the Liverpool Region he decides to take it upon himself to support Peel holdings.

The title of World Heritage puts Liverpool up there with The Taj Mahal and The Pyramids.

Peel Holdings who are the landlords of the BBC at Media City Salford want the World Heritage site status removed so they can do what they want. They have various lobbyists in Liverpool.

We are writing to Merseyside Police today to request that they look into the links between local politicians and the press with all its associated PR companies.

Why did Wendy Simon as acting Mayor allow the planning application for Bramley Moore Dock to be rubber stamped. A Joe Anderson pet project for Peel Holdings that will lose Liverpool World Heritage Site status. That Unesco and English Heritage say should not go ahead.

The city has been allowed to fester with property developing maggots feeding on Liverpool's Heritage Carrion. Are reporters not suppose to be stopping this not assisting it. You should hide your head in shame AlastairMachray you could have stopped it.

Evertons New Stadium At Bramley Moore Dock-The Final Nail In The World Heritage Coffin.

UNESCO say the proposals for a new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock are totally unacceptable.

Historic England say the site is of International importance. 

LIVERPOOL IS IS THE PRIVILEGED COMPANY OF THE PYRAMIDS THE TAJ MAHAL AND STONEHENGE AND THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA in having a world heritage site.

Liverpool Will lose its cherished accolade if this goes ahead. A planning meeting will decide on 23rd February 2021.

Unesco have warned the city Mayor for years that the WHS status will be removed if they continue with plans to fill in Bramley Moore Dock. Unesco have been warning for years.

Been on the Unesco In Danger List for years.   Warned again in 2014  And 2015     2016    And 2018

Though the decline of the Daily Post had began with the first lady editor Jane whatever her name was. She was obsessed with Debenhams and shops coming to Liverpool. This was continued by Mark Thomas and his PR push for The Duke of Westminster. 

When the Duke was investigated over the visiting of £2,000 a night hookers in London. Nothing was said by Trinity 'Smoking' Mirrors of Murkeyside.

The writer was told by one of his colleagues that Mark Thomas the editor of the Daily Post was “out to lunch” with senior officials from Peel Holdings who were then putting the application together for Liverpool Waters.

This would be the springboard for the rise of Uncle Joe Anderson. This combined with the well run campaign to restart cruises from the new cruise liner terminal gave the fat man column after column in the papers....all free.

It takes a while to see how the system works and get to know all the developers PR companies but when you do, you start to understand that there is a sequence of events, stage managed in front of all the plebeians who fed the comments section provoked by the same PR companies who understand that with their fees covered the more they create an argument the more they can PR the developers out of it. 

And in Liverpool they all love a good argument. My god some of the comments were cringe. And these commentators were led like uneducated fools into the new beginning of Liverpool, like little 'Larry' lambs.

By creating an argument you can win it. That is the way the PR companies work and with an editor who is aiming for argumentative topics, they couldn't lose.

Take for instance, October Communications now Aurora media from Hanover Street. 

They fed stories into the papers with great aplomb becoming that friendly with some journalists that they gave them jobs, employment even.

 Larry Neild, the City Editor, does anyone remember him, let himself down so badly. He joined them we then knew why he was devoting so much time to the Mann island Development. 

Because October communications were Neptune Developments PR consultants.

 Jon Egan was the mind behind Joe Andersons Mayoral campaign. We only found this out by making a freedom of information act request over something else and a bill for some T-shirts came up. You can smell the deviousness of their manipulation of the advertorials that were spread out page after page. They were the PR for the Lime Street development that caused such controversy.

The Liverpool Daily Post gave a whole page to Frank McKenna, who had at one time been up on fraud charges. He introduced so many business people into the paper with advertorials that were being paid for by the membership of Downtown Liverpool In Business. 

This was very lucrative for McKenna and his influence grew. 

A member of the Labour party. Numerous companies joined his organisation. 

So Trinity Mirror turned into Trinity Smoking Mirrors on Merseyside.

We decided to use Private Eye and stop winning journalists awards such as David Bartlett for his, errr our writing. They could see the Murkeyside of politics in Liverpool.

Ben Hatton, son of Derek was running a PR company with a book of clients and this was purchased by Trinity Mirror Group.

Now this seems innocuous at first glance bu when you look at it in context full it means that, The Liverpool Echo is promoting its own clients with its constant advertorial approach. These articles would be packaged up by thinkers who know how to play the system.

But when it boils down to it. There is a payment of sorts at the end of it. 

And any conflict of interest would be disguised. 

So is Derek Hatton working for the Echo, well the company he fronts is owned by them.

 He was given a column. Where is the justice in that.

It is with regret that we declare that we consider, in fact  J'acusse Alastair Machray as an enemy of the people of Merseyside while masquerading as the editor of a local paper all he has done is look after the vested interest of the minority of carpet baggers who have fed like vultures on the carcass of council contracts under Il Duce himself. Now Derek Hatton has been arrested by Merseyside Police. How can we trust the writing he has been paid for in his weekly column. How can we trust an organisation who employs such as he.

Listen only to the truth, so there is no point in reading tomorrows chip paper.

Just look at today's headlines. Instead of reporting the shame placed on Liverpool by Joe Anderson and his acquaintances, some of who are Echo fifth columnists they report, with front page headline, that the fat twat is doing us a favour by stepping aside.

They helped put him in power! Only the Liverpool Echo could report this way.

There should be an investigation into the clowns at the Liverpool Echo.

The World Heritage Committee,

1. Having examined

3. Recalling Decision 36 COM 7B.93, 37 COM 7A.35, 38 COM 7A.19, 39 COM 7A.43, 40 COM 7A.31, 41 COM 7A.22 and 42 COM 7A.7 adopted at its 36th (Saint Petersburg, 2012), 37th (Phnom Penh, 2013), 38th (Doha, 2014), 39th (Bonn, 2015), 40th (Istanbul/UNESCO, 2016), 41st (Krakow, 2017) and 42nd (Manama, 2018) sessions respectively;
4. Acknowledges the increasing engagement of civil society in the care of the property and its World Heritage status;
5. Recalls its repeated serious concerns over the impact of the proposed Liverpool Waters developments in the form presented in the approved Outline Planning Consent (2013-2042) which constitutes an ascertained threat in conformity with paragraph 179 of the Operational Guidelines;
6. Although noting that the State Party has submitted an updated and revised draft Desired state of conservation for the removal of the property from the List of World Heritage in Danger (DSOCR), notesthat comprehensive assessment of the proposed DSOCR by the World Heritage Centre and the Advisory Bodies is still not feasible, as the approval of the DSOCR relies on the content of additional documents, which are yet to be prepared or finalized, including the Local Plan, the revised Supplementary Planning Document, the majority of the Neighbourhood Masterplans, and the Tall Building (skyline) Policy;
7. Reiterates that the submission of a further draft of the DSOCR by the State Party and its adoption by the Committee should come prior to the finalization and approval of the necessary planning tools and regulatory framework and regrets that the alternative proposal of the Committee, expressed in Decision 42 COM 7A.7, for substantive commitments to limitation on the quantity, location and size of allowable built form, has not been followed;
8. Although also noting that Peel Holdings (Liverpool Waters developer) reiterated its confirmation to Liverpool City Council (LCC) that there is no likelihood of the Liverpool Waters development scheme coming forward in the same form of the Outline Planning Consent, strongly requests the commitment of the State Party that the approved Outline Planning Consent (2013-2042) will not be implemented by Peel Holdings or other developers, and its revised version will not propose interventions that will impact adversely on the Outstanding Universal Value (OUV) of the property, including its authenticity and integrity;
9. Expresses its extreme concern that the State Party has not complied with the Committee’s request to adopt a moratorium for new buildings within the property and its buffer zone, until the Local Plan, the revised Supplementary Planning Document, the Neighbourhood Masterplans, and the Tall Building (skyline) Policy are reviewed and endorsed by the World Heritage Centre and the Advisory Bodies, and the DSOCR is completely finalized and adopted by the World Heritage Committee, and urges the State Party to comply with this request;
10. Also regrets that the submission of Princes Dock Masterplan and changes to the Liverpool Water scheme to the World Heritage Centre took place after their adoption by the LCC, and expresses its utmost concernthat these documents are putting forward plans, which does not ensure the adequate mitigation of the potential threats for which the property was inscribed on the List of World Heritage in Danger;
11. Also reiterates its consideration that the recent planning permissions issued for the Liverpool Waters scheme and elsewhere within the property and its buffer zone, and the stated inability of the State Party to control further developments, clearly reflect inadequate governance systems and planning mechanisms that will not allow the State Party to comply with Committee Decisions and will result in ascertained threat on the OUV of the property;
12. Finally requests the State Party to submit to the World Heritage Centre, by 1 February 2020, an updated report on the state of conservation of the property and on the implementation of the above, for examination by the World Heritage Committee at its 44^th session in 2020, as well as a DSOCR and corrective measures that could be considered for adoption by the Committee;
13. Decides to retain Liverpool – Maritime Mercantile City (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) on the List of World Heritage in Danger, with a view to considering its deletion from the World Heritage List at its 44th session in 2020, if the Committee Decisions related to the adoption of the DSOCR and the moratorium for new buildings are not met.

2009 winner, the Terminal Ferry carbuncle at the Pier Head won the (un)coveted title of the worst bit of construction that year.

One Park Worst by Cesar Peli on Chavasse lawn came third.

The giant squashed ciggy packet and ROME MAXXI lookalike that is, The Museum of Liverpool also at The Pier Head designed by 3XN, who subsequently got sacked, came runner up in 2011.

The beautifully detailed lead roofed, Louis XVth Style end of the block, with its Corinthian pilasters and its beautifully designed sculptures had already been butchered by the council to some extent for Millenium House.

But nothing could have anticipated what landed, on the top of the block.

 The rooftop extension was constructed illegally by Kenwright as boss of Signature Living who seems to believe his own hype. 

He then was made to submit a retrospective planning application after numerous complaints about him flouting the planning laws. 

Mates with Fat Joe it was sure to be passed though.

Anyone else would have been made to take it down.

Signature Living have threatened BD with legal action for what he called libellous comments.

Some people cant bear to hear the truth, and the truth is that this publicity seeking individual who runs the organisation is out of control, not only in his own mind, he always was a architectural disaster waiting to happen.

If he is not stopped he will help enable the city to be judged by the hen parties who are unfortunate enough to stay at his hotels as a blight on the city and the great heritage that we once had.
Oh hang on most of them are that pissed when they get here they struggle to find his hotel.

This particular block styled as a flat iron to fit on the site was sold to Kenwright by Liverpool City Council, so they have to uphold his attempts at becoming Bob the Builder so they don't look even more stupid than they are.

How many deals are done under the counter these days by the Oligarchs who run the council?

How does Bob the Blunderer get away with providing such boring space and then getting it passed by the pathetic planners.

What is unquestionable is that Liverpool is now a architectural mess. If you don't like it don't read on. The waterfront is an architectural abortion and Liverpool retains its infamous badge of being on The World Heritage 'In Danger' list.

The clowns at the council run by Fat Joe are the least able people to judge architecture. So they should not be passing anything that hits the planning table.

The laughing stock that Liverpool is becoming in architectural circles, among those who can bear to look at the abomination that has happened is staying silent right now. They are scared to open their mouths for fear of being unpatriotic to the great city.

The more of you you that don't wake up to reality and show your mentality the more you will have people like Kenwright writing the articles for the Liverpool Echo and thus pulling the wool over the thick people who read it.

Lets hope The Shankly Hotel Extension wins the Carbuncle Cup award not only as a justified winner but as an example of what is befalling a city that now looks worse than when we had no investment. That is covered in high rise student flat carbuncles.
