A review of the SAVE Exhibition Triumph Disaster and Decay by Anthony Quin in fact it would be a lot easier to call it Disaster and Decay as there is not much to triumph about.
In Anthonys book The Rescue man set during the war it apears his piece above is a footnote ongoing to his book and should be entitled the Luftwaffe started it and the planners finished us off.
